Erana Kratounis is a New York based new media artist, animator, and illustrator whose work explores the liminal space between nature, technology, and consciousness. Through digital animation, ecological care, and an attunement to the natural world, she creates poetic visual works that invite stillness, presence, and connection. Her practice engages ideas of animism, panpsychism, and the quiet intelligence of living systems, translating invisible energies into light, motion, and sound. Informed by both science and spirit, Erana approaches technology as a living collaborator, shaping works that listen and respond. Dedicated to giving voice to those who do not speak with human language, she uses art as an act of witnessing and appreciation, an offering to the Earth and to the countless beings we are blessed to share it with.
