opening reception for an exhibit of musical instruments made from wood and trash found in Baltimore’s streams and forest buffers. The sculptures are all musical instruments made in a speculative fiction future called “Late 21st Century, Jones Falls Settlement”. They work invites us to image creating a spiritual life for ourselves again made from feeling an intimate relationship with the ground we walk on.
